Come on! Just make homework fun! And don't you like it when the phone rings to tell you there is no school tomorrow so you have on full FREE day... and more time to finish your homework? ;)
Yes mom but homework is rarely fun or entertaining for teachers and students alike... the worst is when you work hard on homework and the teachers don't spend the time to see that you exceeded expectations. Or when a teacher just checks to see if you did it. The good thing about that is that if you did it poorly you don't get a bad grade.
The only homework that I thought was ok was in 3rd grade when the homework for vacation was "have fun" but it was still wrong to give homework during vacation.

ReplyDeleteI must concur with Max, homework is vile, atrocious, obscene, evil, catastrophic, cursed, repugnant, and, to put it simply, BAD!!!!
